Public Information Requests

Nacogdoches Independent School District, as a local governmental entity, is subject to the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act.

All requests must be submitted in writing and should contain:

  • Your name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Fax number (if applicable)
  • Description of the information and/or document being requested 

Requests for transcripts should be directed to the District Support Center at (936) 569-5000 extension 8800. Requests for student education records for students currently enrolled in the District should be directed to the campus principal. All other requests must be sent as follows:
