Breakfast and lunch are served on all district campuses and a well-trained manager directs each food service facility. In the elementary school, a centralized menu for lunch provides 1/3 of the Recommended Daily Allowances (RDA) for a child's nutritional needs. A minimum of ¼ of the RDA is provided for breakfast. Balanced meals, a la carte items, and snack bar selections are available at the middle and high schools.
