The Parent & Patron Assistance Center (PPAC) is a confidential resource that serves the Nacogdoches ISD community by helping to address concerns, complaints, conflict and other school-related issues in an informal manner. The coordinator is available to listen to and analyze problems; identify and explain relevant NISD policies and procedures; and explore options for parents and patrons. PPAC exists to serve the Nacogdoches ISD community as a way to support the district’s commitment to fundamental fairness and customer service.

PPAC is here to help with:
-Enrollment
-Understanding and complying with enrollment procedures.
-Directing parents to appropriate staff for special enrollment considerations and -  for student service needs.
-Making recommendations to NISD’s superintendent and administration for improvement.

Before contacting the PPAC
Please contact the campus, department staff or administrator closest to the concern.
