There’s a full holiday schedule on tap for Nacogdoches ISD this month.
A number of Christmas events are on the calendar the next three weeks, including annual events that have been around for decades.
Here’s a list of choir, band and dance performances coming up in December:
Tuesday, Dec. 5 – Thomas J. Rusk Elementary choir, 5:30 p.m. Afterwards, TJR will hold Family Christmas Bingo.
Thursday, Dec. 7 – McMichael Middle School Holiday Family Fun Night, featuring performances by dance and choir and an art show.
Monday, Dec. 11 – Christmas Band Concert 7 p.m. in the gym (also includes McMichael Middle School band)
Tuesday, Dec. 12 – Christmas Choir Concert 7 p.m. in the auditorium (also includes McMichael Middle School choir)
Wednesday, Dec. 13 – Raguet choir at Rotary at noon.
Dec. 12-14 – McMichael Middle School band and choir will visit elementary campuses.
Monday, Dec. 18, and Tuesday, Dec. 19 – Dragonette Christmas Program, 6 p.m. in the auditorium
Tuesday, Dec. 19 – Dance classes recital (NHS and McMichael) in the NHS practice gym adjacent to the main commons/cafeteria. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the show begins at 6:30 p.m.
