The National Weather Service office in Shreveport is forecasting the possibility of wintry precipitation in Nacogdoches County Thursday evening. Nacogdoches ISD is watching the forecast closely but plans on schools being open on a regular schedule for Thursday. Any notifications of closures would be sent by email and a call-out to parents and staff as well as posts to the district website at NacISD.org along with NISD Facebook and Twitter accounts.
