Top-ranked Lancaster is next for the Nacogdoches Dragons.
The Class 5A regional quarterfinal game is at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 27, at Tyler High School (formerly John Tyler), 3535 Lion Lane, Tyler.
Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for students and must be PURCHASED ONLINE. There will be someone at the gate at Tyler High School to assist with online purchases.
The Dragons enter the game with a 24-11 record after beating Sherman on Friday, 52-41, in an area playoff. The Tigers, ranked No. 1 in Class 5A in Texas, are 25-5 and beat Mount Pleasant 53-38 in the area round.
Nacogdoches is advancing to the regional quarterfinals for the first time since 2017.
