Viviana Chavarria is Valedictorian of the Class of 2024 at Nacogdoches High School, and Nayeli Carrillo is Salutatorian. They will lead their fellow graduates tonight at graduation ceremonies that began at 8 p.m., May 24, at William R. Johnson Coliseum on the campus of Stephen F. Austin State University.
Viviana posted a top score of 106.6712 to claim the top spot in the Class of 2024. Nayeli had a score of 106.5393.
Joining Viviana and Nayeli are the remainder of the Top 10 graduates in the class:
Grace Hao, third; Margaret Schaefer, fourth; Adrian Belista, fifth; Kathryn Boyett, sixth; Kennedi Cowser, seventh; Samantha McQuage, eighth; Rogelio Garcia, ninth; and Benjamin Knepp, 10th.
