The Nacogdoches Dragons have been selected as a finalist for the Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Community Connection School of the Year award presented by Optimum. Fifteen schools across Texas are competing for the crown, and the school with the most online votes wins a $2,500 donation. Vote for Nacogdoches High School now!
As a part of the recognition earlier this school year, former NISD head soccer coach and athletic director Farshid Niroumand was recognized for his longtime service to the Nacogdoches community and was presented with the Community Connector Award during a Friday night football game.
