Tipton Ford invited law enforcement agencies from Nacogdoches County, including NISD Police, to the automaker’s Police Tour last month in Houston. NISD Police Chief Sandra Murray and Sgt. Josh Maisel test drove a Ford Explorer Police Interceptor and an F-150 Police Responder during the Oct. 27 event.
“We greatly appreciate the opportunity for our department to participate in the Police Tour,” said NISD Superintendent Dr. Gabriel Trujillo. “This is part of our ongoing efforts to increase partnerships with Nacogdoches-area businesses.
“These kinds of relationships are good for the community and good for the school district.”
