Students talk with college recruiters

More than 40 colleges as well as branches of the military were on hand Thursday at Nacogdoches High School for the TACRAO College Fair.

High school students at NHS and from surrounding school districts toured the displays, talked with admission officers from respective colleges and universities along with representatives of the military branches.

Branches of the military in attendance were: U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force Reserves, U.S. Marines and the National Guard.

Colleges and universities included:

Angelina College, Blinn College, Centenary College, East Texas Baptist University, Full Sail University, Howard Payne University, Jacksonville College, Kilgore College and Lamar University.

Also, LeTourneau University, Lyon College, Midwestern State University, Mississippi State University, Northwestern State University, Panola College, Sam Houston State University, SFA ROTC Program and SFA School of Nursing.

Also, Southern Arkansas University, Southwestern Assemblies of God, Southwestern University, Stephen F. Austin State University, Tarleton State University, Texas A&M University and Texas State Technical College.

Also, Texas State University, Texas Tech University, Tyler Junior College, Universal Technical Institute, University North Texas, University of Alabama, University of Houston, University of Louisiana-Monroe, University of Mary Hardin Baylor and University of Mississippi.
