We want to make you aware that Boys & Girls Club in Nacogdoches is closed today because of last night’s severe weather and is not hosting regular after school activities. Parents of these students will need to make arrangements for after school pick-up or after school care.

It's spring break time for Nacogdoches ISD. Students and staff will be on spring break for the week of March 6 through March 10. Additionally, Monday, March 13, is a staff and student holiday. Students and staff will return to school on Tuesday, March 14. We hope everyone enjoys the break!
Committees working on Nacogdoches ISD’s District of Innovation proposal finalized plans Monday during a combined meeting at the E.J. Campbell Annex. The plan is now posted on the NISD website and can be viewed here: https://5il.co/1phfb.
The plan will be posted for 30 days during which public comments are being accepted. Those comments can be made to Maury Tarvin, Executive Director of Campus Safety, Student Management & Operations at mptarvin@nacisd.org or by calling (936) 569-5000, ext. 8810.
The proposed District of Innovation plan will be considered for adoption by the NISD Board of Trustees at 5 p.m., Thursday, March 23, at the E.J. Campbell Annex, 420 S. Shawnee St.
